Coordinated functioning between several cross-functional teams building the Yamaha Creator Pass platform. People development, architecture reviews, and CCPA/GDPR compliance with a third-party team. Guided the team toward informed technical decisions and prioritized technical debt.
Mindbody Technical Architect
Planned, executed, and delivered a complex Rails upgrade across a large number of services and their dependencies, heavily utilizing AI for automated upgrades. This engagement produced ruby-upgrade-toolkit, a Claude Code plugin that defines a workflow for managing upgrades with AI in a systematic way.

Helped architect, plan, and execute several key features for their product that helped them onboard newer customers and grow their business.
